JOOF RADIO
This month is a Trance out, dedicated to the new underground movement in the regular Trance scene. I’ve been seeing it and playing my part in nurturing it for a while, and there’s more and more phenomenal music getting released. A lot of it we’ve been signing on JOOF Recording that you’ll hear.
On the guest mix is a true legend to the Trance scene. You’ll find no one more dedicated to Trance than The Digital Blonde. He’s delivered yet another one of his iconic mixes on JOOF Radio.

I’m really enjoying this time away from my usual manic tour life — it’s giving me space to re-energise, reset, and reflect on where I want to be musically. I’ve been hunting for new music, discovering fresh artists and labels, and reconnecting with the sounds that inspire me.
I also spent some time listening back to old mixes of mine — BBC Radio 1 Essential Mixes and more — and it reminded me just how deeply rooted Deep Hypnotic Trance is in my journey. It’s always been a significant part of my history, so I’m excited to share some of my latest finds in this new very deep, hypnotic mix.
On guest mix duties, Steve OOOD (UK) has delivered an outstanding set — simply amazing.

nearly launched straight into a full-power Turbo mix, but all my career I’ve been a DJ that likes to unfold a story and build to the crescendo of Turbo, and only having an hour mix feels a bit rushed trying to get there.
I feel my deeper hypnotic mixes are more suited to radio (that always have a sting in the tail), but fear not I’ll be bringing back long extended JOOF Edition marathon mixes and putting them on my/JOOF YouTube channel + lots of other guest mixes, more information to come soon!
On guest mix duties, Ormus takes off with an amazing heads-down mix.

Denon DJ SC6000 vs. Pioneer CDJ-3000: My Personal Take
Whenever you see me perform on a Denon DJ kit, it sparks a lot of questions, especially comparisons with Pioneer’s gear. As one of the rare touring DJs who uses both brands extensively, I thought I’d share my personal experience to address your questions.
Social media DJ influencers 😮💨😳
This is the look of dismay from an actual DJ watching influencers online giving career advice and tips.
I made the mistake of watching a few, and then the social media algorithms kicked in, bombarding me with more of this content. It’s shocking to see the poor advice being given, yet these influencers have thousands of views and followers.......
